Glen Mooar – Isle of Man

An absolutely incredible showing of the Northern Lights over Glen Mooar beach on the west coast of the Isle of Man. This was without doubt the strongest showing of the Aurora I’ve ever seen over Manx shores and a potentially once in a lifetime opportunity to get an image like this. The wooden beach defences snaking into the sea formed my foreground and the light show in the backdrop did the rest.
